Negatives: Hotel is very deteriorated. Stayed 2 nights and the bed was never done.

Negatives: They couldve said something about the pool not working or in service. The room looked run down. The shower head broke me or my wife didnt take showers. Just a real bad experience.

Negatives: It was not properly maintained and the list of reasons is too long to list and I'm not being paid to write a 10 page report. That's the board of health's job. This place should be shut down for health health reasons.

Negatives: Everything but the overnight staff woman was super nice when I checked in. There was spiders crawling around the ceiling in and out of the ceiling panels all night.

Negatives: Allowing me to keep my room instead of cancelling my reservation bcuz I arrived later than planned

Negatives: It’s not clean, bed moves when I trying to lie down. Hall way is long and winding. Only one time towels supply in three nights. Smells of marijuana in hallways.There is crack in the bottom of the tub. I feel sinking on my feet when I step into the tub.

Negatives: The pictures they have on here are very misleading. I booked this hotel for my family to stay at for the weekend. When we arrived to the property there was a group of guys drinking and smoking weed near the side door way. People were blasting there radio from there room with the widow open, most likely trying to air it out. After we received our rooms we went upstairs and there was a very foul smell in the hallway. Smelled like a combination of weed and cigarettes and rotten food. It was so bad that my kids had to cover their faces until they entered the rooms. The bathroom door did not close. It looked like it had been kicked in cause the door was broken on the bottom. The shower head was falling out of the wall. In the second room that we had it was a connecting room and smelt so bad like cigarette smoke. We told the lady at the front desk and she had her cleaning People spray air freshener in the room ( which didn’t help). The main reason we had booked this hotel was because we wanted to use the pool. When we arrived it was closed. After looking at the reviews for this hotel, which I should have done before the stay I noticed that the things that were wrong in my room were also noted in a review from October 2023. This hotel has known about these problems for 8 months and done nothing about it which is unbelievable. This hotel should not even be allowed to be open.

Negatives: I had no hot water in my shower had to go to another parties room to shower

Negatives: The bed was extremely hard and the pillows are old and very lumpy and the food was all carbs.. No eggs and the butter for the waffles is kept in the frottage making them like Brooks that won't melt on the eagles or toast or bagels.. So sad. For such an expensive hotel.. We also paid a fortune for 2 dogs and the rooms weren't serviced while we were there and when I asked for towels I was told most people use their towels for a couple of days. Well that's ok for home but I'm paying for clean towels and a clean room!
