The black girl at the Front Desk with the bowtie in her hair is absolutely the best you need to keep her there when I went in there and I saw her I loved everything immediately. I think her name is Natasha if I’m not mistaken, she’s a black girl at the front desk with a little bow in her hair I called her Tinker Bell. She’s so girly feminine and beautiful and she has a strong presence with a sweet spirit, keeper keeper keeper, keeper I love her, Kimberly from California.!

The bed was very cozy and was clean and neat. Reception was kind and helpful when I discovered an issue with the hot water in the morning, which was promptly resolved. The staff was very friendly and their company should invest more into the property.

The place is rundown and my first impression was met by the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the adjoining hallway to my room when I went upstairs to sleep.
There were no toiletries or any other amenities in the room, not even a coffeemaker or a working blow-dryer. The hot water is set to the cold dial and the cold was set to the hot, haha.
In general, the place needs a massive remodel and beautification.

The hallways are dirty and smell like cigarette smoke, the blankets are stained and dirty looking and the bathroom was poorly done and covered in hair. Both of us woke up congested. Makes the top 10 list of the worst places I've ever stayed.

The building look vacant and abandoned there was a plunger in the hallway of the hotel that was on the floor for hours the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling the place looks old and ran down need LOTS of remodeling
