Roaches. I have stayed 3 different times in 3 different rooms. Every one has roaches. I use it for a shower , basically and sleep in my cloths ontop of the blankets and dont bring in anything. This hotel should be shut down. Drug addicts, roaches etc.

1. The keycard didn't work so the front desk person had to walk with me to use her master key 2. The hotel's Wi-Fi was not secure so my phone got hacked and right away I received a text message from my credit card that there were fraudulent charges

I really enjoyed the suite it was perfect.i was surprised how big the room was.my wife dog and I enjoyed our Christmas stay with the Rhode Way Inn and suites.

The desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Their interaction with me was always kind and professional.

The photos on booking.com do not reflect the property. The property is in need of updates and maintenance. The photos appear to be over 10 years old.
I chose this hotel because I was traveling on call back and forth to the hospital for 3 days. For that reason I checked in close to midnight the only night I stayed. The hotel was not as expected, and I did not feel safe coming and going all hours of the night with people loitering about outside the hotel. The halls smelled very strong like marijuana. I left early the next morning and stayed in a call room at the hospital instead. This is not a safe accommodation for one person traveling alone. I unfortunately had not read the reviews prior to booking this hotel. I trusted that booking.com would only recommend safe and comfortable hotels. It has been over 6 weeks since my stay, and I am still trying to negotiate a refund from the hotel and booking.com
Overall a negative experience on both the hotel stay and booking.com for continuing to post this hotel as a safe recommendation with outdated info and photos.

Although the staff at the hotel and booking.com are polite, I would not recommend a stay at this hotel.

The room stunk like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room, we were not offered a new room.. There were bugs. It was like a big trap house people parting all night. Not one of the side doors locked. And the air conditioning didn't really work either.
