Overpriced dirty stains and marks on bathroom wall got a smoking room no ashtry none outside wood stairs and porch were unkept and parts coming off. Safety lock had been broken off and not replaced. Dirty unsafe and overpriced
Had reservation and waited 45 minutes to check in. Room was filthy

Man at front desk was rude. DidnÃ‚'t want to write a receipt for security deposit until I insisted strongly. (IÃ‚'ve had trouble with red roof refunding security deposits, so gave him cash, and itÃ‚'s perfectly reasonable to expect a receipt)
This is a budget hotel at an excellent budget hotel price for the area. It is right off the interstate highway, and very convenient to access. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas.
The hardwood floor was dirty and needed a good scrubbing.
What I liked best about this hotel was leaving this hotel.
The front desk was so unbelievably rude and refused to give us extra pillows for my five year old son. What the hell?
Location and friendly staff
Yes.Inadequate heating.Instead of forced air, the room had heating coils along the top of the room. My room was freezing on a cold January day. It finally warmed up to 70ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â° with the outside being 7ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â°. The heating system has to be updated imme
Customer service...easy Check-in. The grounds were well kept staff was friendly. Room had a mini fridge and microwave.

I booked for the 25th 26th 27th and only gave me 25th and 26th so I had to order another night and I am still waiting for the message to come my Gmail to prove I ordered an extra room.
