Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Overpriced dirty stains and marks on bathroom wall got a smoking room no ashtry none outside wood stairs and porch were unkept and parts coming off. Safety lock had been broken off and not replaced. Dirty unsafe and overpriced

Positives: Close to the Highway.
Negatives: Man at front desk was rude. DidnÂ't want to write a receipt for security deposit until I insisted strongly. (IÂ've had trouble with red roof refunding security deposits, so gave him cash, and itÂ's perfectly reasonable to expect a receipt)

Positives: This is a budget hotel at an excellent budget hotel price for the area. It is right off the interstate highway, and very convenient to access. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas.
Negatives: The hardwood floor was dirty and needed a good scrubbing.

Negatives: The front desk was so unbelievably rude and refused to give us extra pillows for my five year old son. What the hell?

Negatives: Yes.Inadequate heating.Instead of forced air, the room had heating coils along the top of the room. My room was freezing on a cold January day. It finally warmed up to 70° with the outside being 7°. The heating system has to be updated imme
