Well, the room I was in had a big hole in the wall as you entered. The TV was a bit small; it could have been a little bigger. The bed was a bit small with no room to move around in.

I like the staff, but the hallways and elevator was nasty dirty, when it comes to the room the smell of cigarettes was bad and on top of that the smell of weed was bad SMH. The blankets had burn holes like seriously

The whole entire floor of the hotel smelt like smoke ant. It was disgusting. The floors were still sticky and never go again

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've been to in my entire life. From the moment we stepped into the hotel room it was a disaster. The room was suppose to be a renovated one. And it didn't have any chairs. Staff could care less.

Normally there hasn't been an issue when I stay, but that night there was a room having a party and they were very loud talking and laughing and lots of banging. Sounded like they were possibly above me. I called desk at 1:30.. noise lasted well past 3 am

Almost all of the staff are very cool but a few are not there nasty and one verbally attacked me for absolutely no reason whatsoever and I heard had done the same thing to another woman. Unfortunately I have disabilities and feel extremely intimidated now

The man who verbally harassed me and others! Also cockroaches and a huge water leak from one side of the room to the other. My bathtub is peeling the ceiling you're my sink is peeling and the window is coming apart and I was told whole window needs to out

Quiet location & close to highways for traveling. They allowed pets, which was a nice touch!
Negatives:
No working fridge or microwave initially in the room.Both were broken. Had to leave the broken microwave in the hallway outside the room to finally get a replacement on the third day there; very unprofessional and poor customer service overall! .
Positives:
Location, close to restaurants, shopping areas, & public transit. It definitely wasn't pretty, but it was clean enough and warm, no bed bugs and as a 60+ woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe the 3 nights there, although it could get noisy.
Negatives:
Cooking not allowed in the room, had to use microwave in office. Surroundings more than a bit decrepit. It was a little depressing and sort of felt like being in a welfare hotel, which apparently sometimes it is.
