The front desk person. Rude, rude and even yelling at people on the phone while I waited to check in.

Hotel was average. Room service came every day. I liked that it was right off the highway.

Some rooms had a fowl smell. The doors and outside walkways look old and worn. Some of the things did not function in the room. For example: the phone and the clock. In one room the tv and heating system. The price was higher than advertised. Ugly room.

Negatives:
The amenities were limited compared to my first visit. With my first experience we had a fridge, a microwave and iron in both rooms and so my expectations were the same and we planned for that. But I was wrong & there are inconsistencies in such services.
