Negatives: First it was not clean I'm not sure they use a vacuum. When you get off the elevator the carpet is full of debris. For the 2 days I was there nothing changed Unfortunately because of graduations. In the area I couldn't find another place to stay The two men signing me in couldn't find the Booking I had for 2 rooms I had printed a copy so they found a second Room. People are totally incompetent This place should be closed not open for booking rooms

Positives: At least the bed linnens were clean and in a good condition.
Negatives: The hotel was terribly run-down. Carpet and wall paper dirty and damaged. Toilet blocked, furniture in bad state, breakfast room looked poor and uncosy, swimmingpool was closed and did not look in good shape, and it was (extreme) expensive.

Positives: pillows and tv. comfortable bed.
Negatives: shower - jammed faucet. water temp unsteady. dirty hallways. some lamps not working even when plugged in. the 2 beds didn't match in the way they were done. carpets had stains.

Positives: Nothing, place is being remodeled and was dusty and dirty
Negatives: Told beforehand that place was being remodeled and was not too clean Also restaurant was not available. Sign outside said room rate was only $89, per night, but they would not adjust our price. Our room smelt bad and had not been throughly cleaned. No coffe cups. No hot water in the morning for showers. Management didn't thing it was too much of a problem. Never offered any compensation
