No breakfast provided. Staff at front desk was very freindly. We liked the small inthe common areas. The hallways were clean and neat.
Negatives:
There was oly like warm water inthe shower- VERY dissappointing!!!!Our toilet would not fluch properly & we reported this to desk upon departure (had to keep mannualy filling back of tank w/ water to get it to flush). Housekeeping should check these things when "getting thie rooms ready" and report any maintenace probelms maintenance staff - THAT SHOULD be part of housekeeping staff duty when cleaning OR have maintenace take a quick look at each room.. Coffee in lobby was $3/cup!! Room was double what it was becuase of graduation!!!! Overall super disappointed and would tell others

Positives:
Very clean room, comfortable bed, front desk clerk was extremely accommodating.
Negatives:
One parking garage African American woman teller was beyond rude to my handicapped husband. We have not ever experienced such disrespect from an individual and due to this experience will definitely not ever come back or recommend this as a place to stay in New Haven CT.

Positives:
Well located hotel, with a comfortable room and bed
Negatives:
expensive parking options close by, seems to be used by most sports teams visiting the area so a lot of noise when they entered/left. Couldn't really find the breakfast options
