Good
Positives:
Wonderful location and very comfortable room. Breakfast was great with many gluten free options, which I require! Staff were very friendly and kind!!!
Negatives:
I was surprised to not find any food or coffee/ beverage available anywhere at the hotel mid-day. All food and drink stopped mid-day through dinner time.
I also was surprised to have to pay for wi-fi. For customers traveling for work, that is a huge inconvenience.

Comfortable and safe hotel, but...
Positives:
staff was efficient and friendly, parking was easy, location was perfect
Positives:
The room was nice and the view waa excellent. Beds are comfortable and rooms have all the standard amenities with the exception of Wi-fi, which is only available for an extra chatge.
Negatives:
Service was dismal. I got the run-around from employees repeatedly because they apparentlyboverbooked and rooms were not ready or available by check-in. I was offered a 25$ credit for food in the restaurant because their "guaranteed" check-in was not met and was told the "guarantee" is just a thing they say- they don't really mean it (which defeats the whole purpose of having a guarantee in the first place). Then when I went to use the $25 restaurant credit, my room was charged for my meal anyway- which I found out as a surprise the next morning.

Location is great
Restaurant on top floor
Standard size and quality of room and beds
Negatives:
Difficult to contact to make changes to the booking
Shower wasn’t great
Big event was being hosted which slowed down the lifts unbelievably.
