Positives:
I came for the trees and the gazebo on the main floor. Not really any place to sit and enjoy unless you were at a restaurant or bar where we felt obligated to buy something just to sit and enjoy
Negatives:
Pretty much the rest of the experience! We had late checkout at 2pm and were out well before 11 because we needed to breathe! We ordered a clam appetizer that came to us black and ashy it was so burned but the waiter was doing his best so we said nothing and we should have.

Stale air, bathrooms with no venting, one room had only a tiny shower stall, overworked employees, thin walls which allowed you to hear every conversation in the hall, bland food that was overpriced and tasted like it was from a frozen food container, burnt food, one hour wait to even get the food.
Positives:
I liked the service, the rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent.
Negatives:
Check in was long.

It was definitely the best hotel we have stayed. Check-in was a bit slow but everything else was great. They have coffee and tea in every floor hallway, and apple cider by the reception at noon. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a great variety.
Positives:
Very clean. Close to train station and many stores. Love the free coffee station on every floor in the morning.
Negatives:
Walk from elevator to hotel room is very long. Wish there were more than one set of elevators.
