The hotel has bed bugs. I was bitten so many times. They switched me to another room and it also had bed bugs. The mattresses are filthy as well. The hotel did not offer me any type of refund or anything. All I got was I'm sorry miss. I will not be back.

Not the room I booked for. Not enough towels. Not enough tissues. Some flies in the room when first check in. Weekend staff oblivious to much of anything.

Shower head needs plumbers tape, sprayed the whole right side of bathroom from above the shower nozzle. I let the front desk staff know as I checked out.

The front desk woman tried to get me to pay a $50 deposit after my room was already payed in full. Mind you, Ive booked at this motel multiple times and they NEVER have asked for a deposit fee after the room is already booked and payed for in full. Once she saw I was calling other people who have stayed in that motel and was asking If they have ever been charged for a deposit on upon arrival,she gave me my room keys anyways
