Quirky hotel with great and unexpected art! Food was excellent! Drinks were generously poured.
Negatives:
Garden part of the restaurant was noisy and not good for conversations or a quiet dinner, but there was an option to eat inside. Food was pricey but excellent so worth it.

The staff is super duper nice! Very helpful at check-in and check-out, and oh so welcoming! Warm smiles and kind words. And when they realized I had overpayed (they had not realized they had taken a $100 deposit for incidentals), they called me to let me know that and that they were putting the credit back on my credit card.
Negatives:
We got there on a Saturday night and it was LOUD! There is a whole bar scene, which is cool, but we were ready for bed, and there is little sound insulation of the room doors. By 1 or 2 am, things had quieted donw.

I thought the staff was wonderful and very helpful. The lobby was tight and tidy and worked.
Negatives:
I felt the hotel and room was a little sterile. It just didn't feel warm or very inviting. The staff made up for this though. I was disconcerted to receive my room service breakfast oatmeal in a bowl with a large chip. For the quality that this hotel professes, there should be no chipped service wear in that hotel.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were checked in and given a glass of prosecco, which was much appreciated after traveling most of the day from out of state. Our room was clean, and full of all the nice little touches. The bars were nice for relaxing and one of them had a decent bourbon selection. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Nothing.. except the fact that I couldn't stay longer.

love the enthusiasm of the hotel. Tony is for real, rare that the "ownership" is so invested. He motivates the staff, is clearly involved and vested. Staff love him and his charisma pays it forward. Early in their re-work of whatever was here before. That said, we are believers and for any reason we might be in Greenwich would most definitely stay here again. Hopefully, the next time will be for multiple days. go Tony and team!
