The room wreaked of smoke. They had no other rooms available (one was non-operational because of smoke..).
The front desk person couldn’t cancel the reservation and refund me. A manager is not available until Monday…
The carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in days—lots of paper and crumbs etc.
The hotel isn’t well managed at all. I had to find a new hotel/room and it was 12:45 in the morning.

The room was huge, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The staff were all kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool is nice, but it was a little cold. They ran out of towels, BUT we went at 10 pm so I can see why. It would be nice, if there was a way to turn up the heat in the pool.
