Negatives: The girl who checked us in was less than helpful or nice, I think we interuppted her phone conversation, she told us room 220 wrote down 120 then we had to go back to the desk because our key card wouldn't open either door. Finally get into the room and the shades look like moths attacked them as there are several holes in the shades. So that made us feel like things were a bit filthy. Then while I'm at a funeral I get a call from the hotel asking if someone can go into our room to fix a broken door. We told them no. When we got back to the hotel getting in our room was ridiculous as the door at that point was now broken. It was not broken when we first went in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable I actually hurt my neck sleeping on it. There was no comforter just a blanket in between 2 sheets???? Then continental breakfast we went at about 930 I believe and there was 1 spoonful of eggs and no meat so we went to dunkins and went home. Definitely not at all worth the money I paid to just have a place to sleep for 1 night.

Negatives: Not accessible no elevator and I had 3 kids with me plus a car seat stroller so it was hard to get upstairs , first room floor was so sticky and my feet stuck to the floor there was a horrible smell coming from the room like rotting food it was the mini fridge so they moved my room. Second room was okay but when I went to check out there was a roach on the floor.

Positives: Location is great! Staff members are friendly.
Negatives: Bugs were found in the room. TV wasn't working properly. Bed is uncomfortable. The ceiling looks like it's falling apart (Water stains everywhere). The building definitely needs an upgrade and has potential.

Negatives: The shower did not work. We did not find this out until the morning of our checkout. Also checkout is by 11:00 but we were bothered before 9:30 by staff knocking on our door wanting to know if we were checking out so they could start cleaning.
