We had two rooms close to each other and both were way overdue for a remodel. The carpet was filthy in one of them. The sofa bed did not have sheets and the mattress was completely gone and stained.

Room seemed very outdated - veneer peeling off back of bathroom door, older rug, stain on ceiling. Rug going down hallway was well worn - seams pulled up in places, etc. I expected more trendy from the photo's on website and how lobby was set up. Breakfast was adequate but the charge for $28.00 for fruit/runny eggs, dried out pancakes or a prepackaged( and unwrapped) pastry and a cup of coffee seems a bit pricey. Seagulls on the roof VERY noisy and woke me up!
