Have to try to attain children from running in hallway when groups stay at hotel. Kids were running in and out of rooms slamming doors. Rules need to be reinforced so guest can feel comfortable.

Breakfast was poorly-made powdered eggs and potatoes- both COLD
Mattress very uncomfortable
Front desk staff less than friendly, upon finding out we were Hilton honors, given two free bottles of water in a bag- big whoop
Whole experience set us up for a long day of travel by air that much harder, not better..
