The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean in the lobby and the room. Easy parking

The elevators made some weird noises. The pool was at the far end of the hotel so it was a little uncomfortable having to walk through the whole Lobby in a swimsuit

Location to granddaughter's softball tournament. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped.
Negatives:
Breakfast was awful. Sour milk, cardboard bowls that tasted like cardboard, no variety of yogurt just big bowl of plain sitting out, no fountain drinks or ice, no Earl Gray tea. This was at 7:00am so shouldn't have sour milk or be out of things. Even juice tasted off.
I wish the pool was open later. Closing at 9:00PM seemed too early, catering to the kids. It's a small pool and not welcoming to adults with all the kids splashing and jumping in it. It would be nice if it was open until 10:00 or 11:00PM so adults could enjoy it with our 7- 12 year olds whooping it up.

The room was huge and so comfortable. Staff was great... Every single person we interacted with. Nice hotel and quiet.
Negatives:
The bedroom had a random column in the middle of the bedroom. Not that it can be removed, just random. The bathroom had a weird smell. The shower does need a deep cleaning and should be upgraded a bit. If it had host, I think the cleaning can be more effective and easier for the housekeeper.
