Location was great, staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Very budget friendly.

Rooms were dated and worn but were clean. You could tell there had been water damage in the past.

Positives:
It was okay. Could of been a little bit better. The bacon n sausage was over cooked.
It would be better if the juice bar was open all day for kids just like the coffee for adults. My daughter thinks you should have Tater tots vs the potatoes.
Negatives:
The pool should of stayed open till.at least 9pm. The hot tub was cold both days so we were unable to use. I would of liked if checkout time was a little bit letter then 11am. Noon would be much better since your checking in at a later tine of 3pm. And the pool closed at 8pm and the hotel wasn't busy. And we weren't aware of having to make reservations to use the pool. That was new to us when we arrived. That is something that should be mentioned when making the reservations over phone.

I got to breakfast at 9:00 and the only thing was left was coffee and orange and apples. The breakfast station was closed
Negatives:
The guy that checked me in was rude and then when we were at the pool which was brown water I did not get in. I sat there. He turned the lights out at 8:00. Rather than saying the pool was closed, he had a sitting in the dark. No towels at the pool. We asked it the front desk and he had an attitude cuz he had to go get the towels. He was horrible. The rooms smelled sweaty from where I guess they're not clean properly and one of my cousins room had a dirty mirror where someone had sex up against the mirror before she got there and you could see the butt prints and hair print and other fluids on the mirror where it was never cleaned correctly

Positives:
Location would have been perfect but we were given a room on the first floor and first thing noticed 2 insects on the bathroom wall. Didn't know what they were but they mad us a little nervous. We laid our sleeping one year old on one of the beds and looked over at her and there was a definite bed bug scooting across the bed right by her!
Negatives:
When we went to the deck the young man was nice and gave us a room on a different floor. Did not sleep well. The next day I told the person on the desk and they asked if I got pictures. We killed the bugs on the wall and flushed them. They moved to quick for pictures. Not even an offer of a discount.
