Positives:
The location was great, hotels was beautiful, room was perfect. I had 2 issues 1. The pool had no rules. Children jumping in and out, the 2 days we visited Children was eating and swimming. Child vomiting so the pool had to be closed. In was bad, because we checked in on booking.com was charged before arrival ,that never happens. My daughter was charged 2 time and took 3 days to fall off. I was charged for the room 2 times one has posted second charge happened day after I arrived home one the 5th. As if someone charged my card again. Today is the 8th payment is still pending. I have spoken to everyone but booking .com do to thinking it would resolve it self and fall off. It hasn't fallen off and the stress of having this concern my whole 4days of allocated funds changed, I couldn't enjoy my trip. I spoke to Management Katie and I am awaiting to speak with her again. I have booking numbers, receipts and confirmation emails. This was my first trip of many I plan to take with hyatt hotels because I am a member. I am very concerned about these charges.

Everything went wrong no maid service …a tapping sound the was incessant which woke us up both days complained to the desk after 1st night nothing was done…continues into our lovely Sunday morning and up at 6 because of tapping noise…verbalized too a maid in the hall about the room cleaning or at least towels she said it would take 30 minutes 11/2 hours later we just left…..extremely poor

Not as Hyatt I know. Space is smaller than I can expect, poor fitness room, covers are thin, not enough signs to show you elevators and rooms in the first floor especially. No space for any other playing areas.
