Positives: Location is excellent!
Negatives: The room smelled like mold so badly I had to burn a candle/plug in to mask the smell and as a cancer survivor this was very scary. Also the hallways are too dark and with the type of ppl I seen walking/hanging out this was concerning.

Positives: Location location!! Hotel is nicely located near department stores and several restaurants. Additionally, it takes only 45 minutes to reach area beaches.
Negatives: IÂ've spent numerous times at this location and I am truly saddened by how this hotel has fallen over the years. There are obvious staffing shortages as well as amenities that did not meet expectations. The hotel in my opinion should undergo improveme

Positives: The room was ok. The young gentleman who checked me in was very nice, despite no proper signage. Hotel tried to relinquish blame for my car being backed into. I just wanted them to pull up the cameras so I could get info to file a police report. No action
Negatives: I parked my car in the parking lot in view of the camera. I found someone had backed into my car. The hotel said I had to file a police report without offering info. I went back after a week and they still did not look at the camera. No management present

Negatives: Not clean at all, seems like staff rarely picks up. Refuse sitting in hallways more than 24 hours. Hotel is generally not well maintained and appearance is suffering. Ice machines broken. Very unpleasant experience.

Positives: Very friendly staff, and pet friendly, which is very important to us. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and also plenty of room for my dog crates.
