I booked this for my daughter and her husband and children who were traveling to OBX. They arrived late in the evening and were greeted by staff who took care of all their needs. Would highly recommend

The first shift desk clerk lady was a very nice person and I enjoyed seeing her smile. She's a good one.

There was no coffee available at first but they quickly fixed that.

Breakfast was completely wiped out in the morning. The entire breakfast area was full of visitors waiting 30 plus minutes for coffee and food. Very disappointed to say the least. We had to leave and find a nearby restaurant to have breakfast.
