the rooms smelled like urine, which was very discussing and unsettling. i had to ask the front desk to change rooms. there were ants in room. the flat screen tv was old and you could not watch shows because a dozen or so back screen lights were showing through the screen, which distorted the picture.the breakfast toast and pastries wer stale and uneditable. finally, i think i saw a bed bug. overall, it was a very awful experience. I wish I could get refunded by bookings.com, the facility owner, or red roof inn.

The washing machines and coffee machine were broken and have been for some time. One of the reasons I choose this location was because their site advertised coin laundry on premise.

Quick stay out of town...

updated furnishings, clean bedding, sufficient towels for one person, easy parking

*coffee maker was broken in breakfast area!breakfast area cramped,
*tv cable not working for a time during two different occasions of my stay,
*internet access info not written out,
*toilet area floor dirty (“gummy” spots),
*limited amenities—no Kleenex, hair conditioner, shower cap, and bottled water, for example, and …
*the check-out gal was rude—she hardly dealt with my check-out as she chatted with someone on the phone, then had me wait, wait, wait to know if my departure was complete. I finally had to interrupt her phone conversation to ask if things were complete so I could leave!
