I had updated my card on Booking about 5 days prior to stay. I called the property and was told they had the correct card on file. I asked again at check in and was again told it was updated. It was not and Capital one froze my card because it was tried so many times. I was not using that card. The lobby was a mess and smelled of pot. There was trash and an entire set of fake nails all over the hallway. Heavy smell of pot and someone passed out at the end of the hallway. When I checked out , I told the front desk person and his response was " the people that live on the 2nd floor think this is their home, they don't care." I'm like what?? I just paid $ 89.00 to stay at a filthy hotel. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed and the was a dried coffee pod in the coffee pot so that was never checked. I will not stay there again and will not recommend this hotel.
