We had a pet room because we had our dog with us and the room wreaked of cat urine and the blinds were all torn up and the chair was scratched up. They need to gut the entire room.

Not one thing. The pool pump wasn't working right. Oil floating ontop of the pool. My room smelled like pee, the side table was broken, the shower had mold on the ceiling over the shower. Someone down the hall was smoking pot. Never again.

The room were large and clean, the check-in and check-out process was fast.

There is not enough breakfast items and space for all customers. They should extend the hours of breakfast to accomodate all guest. The pool is very small and you can't find towels for the pool. It's in the middle of nowhere. Only 1 restaurant near by.

Quality Inn & Suites Harrington was very run down and the room was dirty. I made the front desk aware of the conditions so we were relocated to another room. The tub in the 2nd room had a public hair and a ring around the tub. I took pics and the front desk. They advised they could not refund my money and directed me to speak to booking.com because I booked through the 3rd party. That info was incorrect. I was told the money was retrieved by the hotel upon checking in. I took pictures of mold on the ceiling and a brown substance draining from the vent. I was very disgusted and disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and a decent size. I liked how close the hotel was to my event. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a pool, and a nice lounge area. The room had everything I needed.
Negatives:
You could smell the pool water throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast was lacking in variety and there wasn't enough space for everyone to sit and eat. That could of been just the timing of when I got to the food area. The shower water was a little slimy.
