Sunshine the manager was very helpful. She resolved our problem.

The elevator stopped working and we had to walk up the stairs and back down and we were on the 4th floor NOT GOOD. Me and my fiancé have asthma it was BAD we both had to use our inhaler. Staff at the front desk at the time of checking in was very rude.

The check-in was quick. The location was 5mins from my destination.

I received a double queen room, though I requested a king bed. I did not know til I opened my door, but was too tired to go back down to the desk. The front desk agent was nice enough, but told me absolutely nothing about the type of room I was going into. I also had to clean the door handles and remote with lysol wipes. The bed was clean. There was hair on the soap and shampoo bottles in the shower. The curtains didn't close. There was a toll down blind that left a large gap of light. Due to it being a one night stay for me to go to my grandmother's funeral, I didn't go to complain.

A regular top sheet, blanket and bedspread is preferred. I wasn't happy with the combination sheet and comforter. There was also a strange half sheet on top of the fitted bottom sheet. ????
