I booked a king bed and got a double. The locks to the rooms don't work.,after 15 .inutes of trying to get in the room we had to go back to the front desk to get a new key card. Reqested extra pillows didn't receive abd the overall smell of the building was pungently offensive. The room had no curtains...upon checkout we had to argue with staff as she didn't want to give back our cash deposit stating it was charged to a card so it took 30 minutes to check out after we proved the card was only used for booking purposes.

Nothing! It was dirty, unsafe, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. There were bugs and feces in the room and there were homes in the walls.

Everything! The room was uninhabitable and when I requested a refund I was denied.

The cockroach I found in the bathroom. And the rude man that came to remind me that we had to checkout on time. Also the room didnt match the pictures. It looked much more worn down in person.
