Positives: Location to the airport
Negatives: everything else. The hotel was filthy. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had a two night stay and called the front desk and the woman told me they are booked in full and would not change the room. Sticky floors, food left in fridge, just dirty.

Negatives: This was recently a Clarion. TheyÂ've taken the hotel very down market. While clean, it had a feeling of getting as cheap as possible. Carpet was removed and better wearing tile installed. They have contract with te city to house homeless, etc.

Positives: Nothing - it was awful and we left. We are asking for a full refund.
Negatives: Everything. It was disgusting with trash all over the parking lot, people having a bonfire at the end of the parking lot, the lobby smelled of marijuana, and the bed spread had massive brown stains on it. The room smelled of smoke and was horrible.

Negatives: What most stood out for me was the extreme scent of Marijuana smoke in the corridors. I found this disturbing for an establishment that allegedly prides itself on quality and comfort to their guest.

Negatives: Rooms are under renovation and there were no closets in the room. Room was also missing an iron and ironing board. room was not cleaned each day nor was the bathroom although fresh towels were provided.

Positives: Breakfast included with stay.
Negatives: The room had a very noisy refrigerator. One of the chairs had a broken arm rest. The sliding glass shower door was off it's track and slightly hurt my wife's hand. Bathroom was a bit grimy. The double beds were small and not well supported. We slept in separate beds in order to be comfortable.
AAA sent a reservation confirmation email that had the wrong address, so it took us an extra half hour to find it. GPS then led us to the cemetery next door. This is not the hotel's fault. I had booked a non-smoking king room. Upon checking in, when I told them we had a dog, they changed our room to a two double bed room. We paid the original fee we had reserved for this room. They did not charge us the (rather reasonable) fee of $10 for the pet, which led me to think I was being overcharged for this lesser room.
