The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The facility is old,dated and smelled like pot.The fan in bathroom didn't work,the hdmi cord on the TV was broken, it was more like camping out than a hotel.
They had a water main break in the morning and didn't notify anyone until they checked in at 3pm. The only thing they offered was to cancel reservation, but being 5hrs from home and no backup plan,we had to stay.
They offered no bottled water or way to shower or flush toilet. I know the water main break was out of their control but no offer to find us a room outside the affected area or a discount, just stay or don't. We won't be using them again.

Location of hotel wasn't bad. Plenty of retail and food in the area. Christiana Mall.

No water at all the 1st day. No hot water the 2nd day. Was weird knowing everyone in the building didn't properly shower or brush their teeth for the 2days we stayed. Every morning outside smelled like a sewage backup. The rooms are connected and both mornings we smelled cigarette smoke coming from under the door of the room next to us. I'd highly recommend not booking with this hotel through a 3rd party just in case you need to request a refund. Worst Wyndham property I've ever stayed at.

Our stay was canceled and we weren’t notified. A message was sent to booking but that was it. My email and phone number are both on file and no attempt was made to reach me that way I did not receive a notification from booking so I never knew my state was canceled and at the last minute I was scrambling to find another hotel late at night and no other accommodation was offered by this hotel

Friendly staff. I was provided with a playpen for my baby so that he could sleep safely and comfortably.
I like that it provides breakfast. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name of the girl working at the cafeteria, but she was the sweetest and kindest.
