I rarely write bad reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The room floor was filthy, the blackout curtains had holes, the window didn’t close properly, and several fixtures were broken. On top of that, constant noise from the parking lot and neighbours made sleep very difficoult. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly neglected — I’m leaving this review because this hotel should be shut down for poor hygiene and upkeep.

The shower was broken, the floor was so dirty that my feet turned black walking from the bed to the bathroom. The property is run down, smells and walls were thin. There was so much noise I was woken up in the middle of the night.

yes. i told them there was a burn in my blanket….i stayed for almost a week with the same blanket. they come way before checkout to try and do housekeeping when they should wait for check out or after 11. some people like to sleep in

It was falling down. in the middle of a construction zone, so woken up Sunday morning to loud noise. It smelled bad! bathroom ceiling falling in and tiles discolored awful brown, bathroom shower fixtures falling off the walls and totally rusty. no hair dryer.
This is only to name some complaints with the place.

It’s a wonder that this place has county approval to remain open. I have seen NYC shelters that are cleaner and better maintained. It is run down, filthy, dank, dark, musty and smelly. The pics they post are equal to false advertising. Run!

The room was clean. But that’s completely it.

The water would not get hot. I had to take a lukewarm or cool, shower and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay off so it was pretty cold. There was a roach in the tub and the bed was uncomfortable because you can kind of feel the springs in them.

Ok I didn't like weed smell everywhere. Getting woke up early in the morning by fire trucks and loud noises. We ask one of the firefighters what happen they told us on of the staff over loaded the dryer and set the alarm off. The room smelled funny there were bugs in bathroom and I drove from Missouri to Newark Delaware to come visit family emergency. I don't normally complain but it was pretty bad for the money we spent there. The area was dark didn't really feel safe there but we were tried and just wanted to rest

NOISE. Road construction on Saturday morn. Severe noise in halls & pacing lot eve - morning both nights! I complained Saturday morning, but it was noisy most of the time! These are Private Eyes and Activists Lawyers FUND from FRAUD MONEY-JUDGE SHOPPING!
