Negatives: Everything.

Negatives: The carpet was pulling away from the wall and had long nails sticking out of it that we almost stepped on. There was, what I hope, was white paint all over the carpet. The couch was stained up pretty badly. The pull out bed had no sheetz and had a large questionable stain on it. There was no breakfast offered at all even though it is advertised as having it. And worst of all, there was a roach crawling around the bathroom. We will not be staying here again.

Negatives: The property is run down The room was terrible Old Ragley furniture stained couch I couldn't even sit on. I only booked it for the Jacuzzi the only thing that was OK

Negatives: PRoom was beyond dirty, bed rugs

Negatives: Not as advertised. said clean and renovated. wasn’t either. Bathroom looked like it was out of 1974. toilet seat cracked and peeling light dim and flickering. nothing was clean. this should have been priced at $60 per night not $250

Negatives: Sheets were stained yellow. Bathtub was clogged and could barley shower because it was rising. Floor was dirty and bringing up black dirt

Negatives: My room was close to the car park and a car alarm woke me up at 6am and went on for quite a while before it was shut down. They advertised breakfast as part of the package buy they don't give breakfast

Negatives: Where do I start? 1) the sheets were stained. I ended up sleeping on top of the quilt. 2) the original room had a damaged faucet handle. Someone literally just put it back on with nothing securing it. It makes me wonder if any cleaning was done since it would have otherwise disturbed the handle. 3) the second room (I was moved due to handle in point #2) had a broken door latch to the balcony. I was worried anyone could enter but I see they installed a bar beam to jam the door. It does beg the question of why they didn’t just fix the door latch? 4) I booked the jacuzzi room from this site, but the front desk said they “upgraded” me to the King suite which was actually a downgrade. Yet they charged the higher rate. I plan to contest this charge. 5) Random stains on the rugs and damaged desk from burnt cigarettes (likely); do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more somewhere else. You truly get what you pay for.

Negatives: smelled, flickering light, bathroom is very outdated

Negatives: I didn’t like how the staff was incompetent and rude and refused to get me a new room after one of the rooms bathroom light wouldn’t turn on. I didn’t like the fact that there was a leakage in bathroom and I also didn’t like that I was bitten by bed bugs . I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very terrible place and they need to be shut down immediately!!! Please don’t waste your time or your money at this disgusting place.
