Positives:
The price was reasonable, would like to see more upgrades. Clearly the hotel has been around for a while and needs repairs but all said we got what we expected.
Negatives:
It seems like the new management is working on repairs for these rooms but when I check in to a hotel I check out the bathrooms and how clean they are. The bathrooms were clean but definitely need repairs both cosmetically and functionally.

The location was perfect, right off 95 . But we had a bathroom flood and had to change room at 2:30 in the morning .wasn't happy what so ever

parking lot and entrances are extremely sketchy
Negatives:
halls reek of weed. I had a strange man try to follow me to my room. I went down to the front desk and demanded refund to stay at a better facility
