We had a reservation that was confirmed and when we got there they had given our room away and at least two other groups rooms. I'm still waiting to see if they are going to try to charge my bank for the room.

This hotel should have a convenient voicemail system since whenever calling the front desk the phone just keeps ringing without going to voicemail for leaving messages. Also would’ve been nice to have a fitness center, as well as breakfast included in the rate.

The outside was disgusting. Reeked of Marijuana. Toilet barely flushed. Asked for a plunger and was told maintenance was gone for the day. They called us an hour before our arrival to tell us they didn't have a room for us. Said booking.com didn't notify them of our booking until the day of. Arrived and got a room somehow. It seems to be a long term live in hotel. TV turned on with the power button but the remote didn't work the TV. Phone in the room didn't work. Coffee maker had mild growing in it. Blood stains on the sheets.
