We booked at room on 12/7 as well as 12/23. The stay on 12/7 was awful - from police vehicles sitting in front of the door to roaches in the bathroom and a white powdery substance between the nightstand and the bed. It was so awful when we returned home I contacted booking.com to cancel the reservation for 12/23. They attempted to contact the location with no reply, so they asked me to call the location to cancel and was told since I didn't book directly with them they couldn't do anything. 48 hours later I started the process over again, hopeful for a better outcome - NOTHING - so I was charged full price for a hotel room I never used and will never go back to this hotel again.

Location great to shopping hospital and restaurants
Negatives:
Smelled horrible made my clothes even smell. Had roaches very few TV channels party's all nite lots of trash outside rooms sex for sale going on. People disappearing into woods near by staff could barely speak English couldn't shut heat off room stayed at 85 couldn't sleep. Didn't feel safe

NO WIFI NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER LET IT RUN FOR 20 MINS ALL CLEANERS FOR YOUR BODY CONTAINERS WERE EMPTY TOOK FREEZING SHOWER NO WAY TO WASH UP BLESS THE TOWEL HOWEVER HAIR DRYER WAS BROKEN AS WELL AND THE ROOM TELEPHONE DIDNT WORK SO I HAD TO GET DRESSED WET COLD AND WALK TO OFFICE ONLY TO BE TOLD THE NEXT DAY THAT IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE AND THATS WHY WIFI ISNT WORKING THE LAMEST EXCUSES FOR THE WORST STAY
