- The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful.
- Breakfast is extensive.
- The room has a fully equipped kitchen, with all you need to cook. It also has a dishwasher.
- The room is really large, well suited for a family.
Negatives:
- The carpet in the room was dirty.
- There were only 2 chairs in the room, while we booked for 4 people. That is not handy to have diner with 4.

Convenient location. Spacious. Useful amenities.

The bathrooms need a serious facelift. The flooring in the bathroom is unattractive, tub needed a good scrub to the tiling, the walls needed to be repainted. The carpet in the main area was dirty. There were left over items from the previous guest which made me feel like the sheets weren’t changed. I found crumbs on the extra sheets in the closet…It was so noisy, sounded like there was a stampede of elephants coming from the couple upstairs. Parking should be free….not sure why anyone should be expected to pay a $250 deposit for one night and parking not be included. I was charged the full price, plus the deposit and then charged the full price again the next day before the first charge was ever refunded. My third time staying here and it was the worst time to say the least.

The door to my room did not close or lock unless you SLAMMED it. The janitor came and said the same. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The shower floor was still wet with a puddle.
