Positives:
First they gave us someone named Laura room with one bed.They said booking.com did not inform them of the two rooms one with king bed and the other with two double beds. Then we were offered to separate rooms but because we wanted to stay together we stay in the room with one king bed one double because it had a sleep sofa.
Negatives:
The air conditioner was broken it was 78 degrees The door to the air conditioning unit showed a very filthy filter we had to open the windows. There was no ice trays or machine I had to go to the front desk with the coffee pot to ask for ice to which the front desk representative went to the kitchen to and get some. The curtains were badly snagged from prior guest bringing pets. It was hair on the wall in the bathroom. No coffee filters, chairs badly stained. I was extremely disappointed for about $300 per night

Hallways trashy, room smelled like pets and urine, hall ways smells of weed and cigarettes. Upon entering the hotel front sliding doors were so dirty you could barely see through it. Very dark gloomy and dirty. Breakfast!!!! Freezer burnt old food smelled terrible don’t eat there. They give you a pack of complimentary popcorn in your room but that was expired by month. Bring shower shoes tub nasty and slightly orange in the bottom. The grass needs cutting weeds everywhere this place is terrible and poor condition paint chipping off the wall window sill’s dirty everything dirty except the sheets. FYI it’s attached to Ramada Inn, we were only there 1 night, the worst night of my life!!!!

The rooms were very lovely and I was pleasantly surprised by all of the features that were in the kitchen. It has "everything" that you need for a comfortable home-stay. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were all nice. I would stay here again
Negatives:
The tub tiles were broken and in their renov, they coated the tub w/paint which was discolored/peeling. Also it was hard sleeping, as it was extremely loud & nosy from the guest that hung out on the main level. A balcony on the 2nd flr was the wrong move
