We prebooked this on hotels.com and didn't realize it was non refundable.
I had the flu and couldn't come.
I called thr manager and Mariott's cstomer care, however they could not help me
Negatives:
front desk clerk was rude and spoke poor English and had zero listening skills.
The manager was no help nor was Marriott.

The shower door would not stay closed. The suction that was supposed to secure the door did not work at all. The door kept opening -- wasn't a good experience.
Signage from the street -- I literally drove past the building and had to circle back around

I loved my stay the only thing I didn’t like was when check out time came they knocked than entered before I could say anything other than that my stay was perfect I felt at home and the staff was very knowledgeable when it came to things to do here
