The location was fine and there is a lot of parking.

The entire situation seemed off. We got early check-in, but had to wait for the door to be fixed. The whole deadbolt looked like it was damaged or something. Also, there were loud machine noises pretty much non-stop. The shower literally squealed when we turned it on and only went off after about two minutes. Also, we didn't require anyone to clean the room, but when housekeeping came, we asked for a few more towels, and the guy said no. I paused and said nicely, "We can't have fresh towels?" and he said no.

My husband myself and our daughter stayed at Hotel Wave for an amazing 4night 5 day mini family get away.
From the absolutely amazing staff to the location to the beautiful rooms & last but not least the INDOOR pool AND Hot tub/ Spa Tub!!!
This is our second time staying and definitely will be back soon!!
Cherry on top was the amazing goody bag I was handed when extending our trip for a few extra days!! Absolutely recommend this hotel to any other in the area

Location was good and parking was available. We had a problem with our tv and the front desk employee was very helpful in getting us a new room when he couldn’t resolve the problem. Chocolate candy was available at the front desk and breakfast was good. Fresh fruit would have made it even better.
Negatives:
I chose this hotel for the hot tub. Although the hot tub was functional and clean, it was not hot. I did not get the therapeutic results I was expecting.

I would say more on the breakfast. It's more on just breads, waffles, no meat really like at least 1 choice (i.e. sausage, bacon, etc.) probably just a preference. But it was good.
