An hour after check-in time, the room still wasn't ready, and the lady who was supposed to be working at the front desk was not there. She was wandering around the lobby and outside, talking to someone on the phone.

There was a set in stain on the bed sheets, and I don't know if they were supposed to or not but housekeeping did not make the bed when they cleaned the room.

We weren't even able to have breakfast. No one told us the breakfast was over at 9:00

Well first off when we got there the room when we rented was not even cleaned exclamation actually it was pretty filthy the curtains were ripped down. Then we went to the Next Room the air was off and it was about 85° in there not to mention they were remodeling the bathroom and it was dried spackle all over the floor. When we went to use the pool the pool was not heated the room was but not the pool. Not to mention the three nice Band-Aids that we found in the pool area one floating in the pool. I had to put my own batteries in the remote for the TV. The coffee maker did not work. And there was a landscaping light right outside of our room window it shined a light in all night because I couldn't close the curtains all the way. I think that's enough for now! The fact that I paid $143 is ridiculous

Felt a little dirty. Location iffy. I had spilled my coffee on our bed one morning. We cleaned it up with towels which we left by the door in a pile for the cleaning staff. I was assuming they would chance the blanket and sheets for us when they came to make up the bed. They didn’t. They just made the bed with the coffee spill in it. It was very obvious and no way they just didn’t see it. Very disappointing. When we got back to the room later that night I assumed we would have a clean bed to sleep in. Not the case. I had to sleep in the bed with the coffee stains in it and smelled coffee all night. We were too tired to worry about going downstairs to get new blanket and sheets, and make the bed ourselves.

Not impressed. We were looking to save some money with out stay but all in all I realize you get what you pay for.
