Booking, you blew it! It was under heavy construction and I wasn’t notified until after I booked the room with you. A 10 hour drive, I don’t want to search for another hotel. There was a paint crew outside the room, a couple chairs in a hallway for breakfast. The place was super dusty everywhere. When I asked for an AARP discount they said Booking.com was the discounted rate. The front desk didn’t care at all. It said it was on the website… but it didn’t show until later on the Booking.com site.

Very disappointed when we could not get the Sunday night football game on TV. Front desk told us they were having issues with this channel.
