You get what you pay...
Positives:
My daughter and I were just staying overnight as a pit stop from driving. So we didn't really get to experience to much. We did like the location for sure. It is right on the main drag so you had easy access. There are a lot of food options around the hotel as well. The size of the room was surprising too, I expected it to be the same size as I'm used to, but it was much larger for 2 queen size beds. If there was a pool, it would be perfect.
Negatives:
We weren't there long enough to find any issues. I guess being on the main drag, you hear some of the bigger trucks going through but that really isn't the hotel's fault.

Ownership/management is EXTREMELY RUDE. I stayed for about 3weeks, yet everytime I went to renew my stay they acted as though I was an inconvenience and that my patronage was unnecessary.

The jacuzzi tub, and location, and the size of the room, and the price weren't too bad for what you got, for the area
Negatives:
Hot and cold are (still) reversed in the showers, water pressure was horrible in the shower. The bed, pillows, and blankets were hard/thin and were uncomfortable. The floors are always dirty how well is everything else cleaned if the floors are never cleaned? But to be fair I dont think any hotels or condos are cleaned as good as they are supposed to be cleaned before new customers check in
