I had requested and was told I could have a handicap bathroom and we did not recieve a handicap shower. I had an 83yo grandma which it is difficult and worry about falls. They were to call 2nd day if there was anything available and no call.

We come in town every year to visit family. After a couple of unpleasant stays at other hotels, we found this one......and love everything about it! The staff, the suites, food, etc. - all excellent!

Just wish the pool area had a hot tub - other than that, it's truly a wonderful place to stay!
