Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Apr 17 and Apr 18, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 17% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.
