The service staff were very committed to our comfort and satisfaction. We had to change rooms because we had a wheel chair and they couldn’t be more accommodating.

The tv in the lobby and common area was set on FOX news. This channel was an unfortunate choice. Fox News is a propaganda machine designed to promote undemocratic hatred and to support only some Americans. Regardless of your political position, a common area should have a more neutral and inclusive atmosphere.

The pictures shown in the booking of upgraded rooms was not the one I checked in, toilet doesn’t flush, no hot water in the bath, and there are BUGS and cockroaches everywhere, I checked out immediately and requested a refund, the receptionist was helpful and understanding.

There were bugs and I mean roaches every where!!!, the place looked like it had not been clean and it wasnt as used wash colthes were still on shower curtain rod. I requested a handicapped room and was told it was not available even though I paid for that room type. The key to the room never worked even when the staff tried the door. There is little to know parking and the occupants hit your rental and nothing is done about it. It was the worst

Not only do I not recommend this hotel, but I strongly advise you to stay away. We got our first room that was fairly clean, but full of bugs. We switched to another room, full of bugs again.
We got a third room which was insanely dirty: dust everywhere, stained sheets and towels, so they cancelled our reservation as we just couldn’t sleep there.
The reception lady was not helpful at all, moreover, she gave my partner a disgusted look when we left as if we ruined her night. No apology, no compensation, nothing. Disgusting experience in this area, both with the hotel and the staff. Stay away from this place!!!

It is infested with cockroaches! I woke up to one crawling on me ! I put a cake for my friends birthday in the microwave and when we woke up there was cockroaches in the cake& fries. Absolutely horrible experience.
