Positives: Close to GW campus and reasonable price for the area
Negatives: Lack of parking availability. Difficult to load and Unload items from car into hotel and vice versa. Cart could t go to car because of stairs. No overhand outside door and it was pouring so everything got soaked. Very congested area by front door

Negatives: Charged for early check in at 2:45 pm which is ridiculous. No soap tray in shower.No microwave.Out of regular coffee in room. Location a bit isolated from restaurants. Didn't have desk chair in room,took multiple calls to get one. FD had no towels.

Negatives: Really disappointed Covid was the excuse for no breakfast, no fitness room and requested linens bagging assistances by customers. No chair, trash can or microwave in room. No container for ice or water anywhere.

Positives: Most staff was attentive and pleasant. Rooms and facilities were clean and fairly appealing. Fantastic price for the great location!
Negatives: Front desk attendent not entirely present with customer. Facilities appeared cheap. There was no place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom. We needed to ask for extra soap because they only came in 1oz containers.

Negatives: The room was AWFUL. So noisy, and the blind didnt block out light so when a car or ambulance passed the room looked like a disco (I have a video I can show you). And the heater, an ancient 1970s blower that was either full on or off, made so much noise.

Positives: The reception ongoing cheerfulness of the staff was great. I can't say I've ever stayed anywhere that I've experienced that kind of hospitality. The location was great for catching a metro train and seeing all of DC. Highly recommended.
Negatives: The neighboring hotel guests were easily heard through an adjoining door. They were not intentionally being loud or rude. Its just that the walls seemed thin or the adjoining door wasn't soundproof enough.
