Positives: This hotel had a nice bathroom.
Negatives: Upon arrival, we had to pay $50 for parking. There is only valet parking. I was given the wrong room. When the correction was made, we were given a room with no fridge, a TV with poor quality and just a small area to be in.

Positives: Hotel staff is top notch. They really go above and beyond to accommodate needs. Like most hotels I have stayed at in DC, it is a bit dated. The location is set between (2) easily accessible Metrolink stops. Great location. I would stat here again.

Positives: The location of the hotel was ideal.
Negatives: Our room was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was inconsistent. The hallway/room smelled like mold. The shower had problems. This room and really the whole hotel needs to be updated.
It served its purpose.

Positives: Housekeeping was very good; cleaned room proficiently and housekeeping staff great with extra towels and pillows.
Negatives: Rooftop Bar staff lacked all kinds of social skills and bar/restaurant knowledge to properly serve customers. On a Friday, menu items not available due to poor mgt. inventory. Terrible Terrible Terrible
We stayed at this Hotel about a year and a half ago and it was a pleasure then. This time, a freaking disaster!!!
