Positives:
I loved the staff. They were so friendly and willing to help us. Naya and Reynard were exceptional when interacting with us - a warm smile and a warm conversation made my stay there so much better.
Negatives:
The breakfast was too basic. The coffee was 'ok'. The dinner menu was nothing to get excited about. When sitting to the bar, having to watch the bartender run back and forth to cook in the kitchen took away from the bar experience.
The room could use a darkening shade, as the lights from outside shone in our room all night.
The in room coffee maker could use updating.

The blanket on the bed had a stain on it. The sheets smelled and the room smelled damp. The window looked out onto what looked like employee parking, which was the ground floor which did not feel safe. There was valet parking, but they parked our car on the street and then charged us $50 which was ridiculous. I could have done that myself for free.

Deposit issue: The hotel management took the deposit from the credit card and did not release it. After 2-3 weeks, when I contacted, the usual response was “check your bank”. There was no issue with the bank, after a few email exchanges, suddenly I received my money. Obviously the hotel did not release the money.
Now the worst part is that the hotel management never even felt the need to say “sorry”. They simply went quiet.
So my advice is to carefully check if you get your deposit refunded or not.

Good stay troubled with deposit...
Positives:
Had no breakfast during my stay and really cannot give much feedback on that. Location looks so convenient. Room tidiness was excellent.

My check in date receptionist wasn't receptive but the night shift and morning shift team where incredible staff. Nice and clean hotel.

Very small and impersonal . Like a deli store. You come grab and go. It’s good for business and short stay.
The breakfast is embarrassing. It was included and you have to pick only 1 option on the menu. Either a yogurt parfait for example or an egg sandwich… no variety and from Starbucks machine lol
