I liked the staff, they were really friendly and helpful. Also the location is perfect.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair in the shower and pee at the outside bottom of the toilet. Also, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was ridiculously full of kids jumping and screaming and moving aggressively. Couldn’t enjoy it with my one year old baby as it wasn’t safe for her.

The complimentary breakfasts, happy hour, the staff, rooms, location, cleanliness were all just amazing. Probably the best place we've stayed! The staff were ALL so kind & efficient.
Negatives:
They need a couple garbage baskets in the rooms because we had no place to put our garbage. It was overflowing....also, there was no ice machine on the floor

The hotel location was perfect for our trip to the Capital One Arena.
Negatives:
The hotel staff could work a little harder to clean the rooms. I found someone socks under the bed. Also, my comforter looked like it wasnt changed. There was still hair in the shower.

Location was good and room was clean and seemed to be updated
Negatives:
Staff was attentive but had to wait 5 mins for a manager to get me change for a $20 bill because other staff could not do so. Room was not quite as big as other rooms I have stayed in at Embassy Suites. Double beds instead of queen beds make it a tight
