Positives: I loved that it was very clean.
Negatives: I did not like that I had to pay $35/night plus tax to park no less than 6 feet from hotel. I did not like that I had to upgrade due to the room being so tiny. The room did not even have a refrigerator or microwave. Then the new room I went to smelled.

Negatives: The hotel was excellent. The parking to access it was pricey.

Positives: This hotel is the worst because the staff (lady) told me that their goal is to fill the hotel to full capacity during a pandemic. I asked why would they do that during a pandemic. It seems to me that it all about greed. The heat doesn't work that good.
Negatives: The hot water is luke warm. This hotel is a disaster whose only interest is about money and they don't give 2 cents about their guest. I believe this will be my last time staying and paying myself

Positives: Its welcoming area was very up to date.The rooms was plain but attracted.
Negatives: THE PARKING ARRANGEMENT.AND SEEING A BROWN ROACH BETWEEN OUR BEDS ON THE FLOOR. BUT ROOM LOOKED VERY CLEAN. SO YES WE WILL TRY AGAIN WHEN IN DC.

Negatives: The fact that in these covid 19 times that you have the audacity to have rooms with windows that cannot open and no ventilation. I’m still sneezing from the dust accumulation. Room was downright nasty! And dusty. I have photo evidence!!
