Location is safe. Near Metro station. Bedroom sheets, blankets, pillow case, are clean and good quality. Firmness of mattresses are good.
Swimming pool open till 10pm is good.
Negatives:
1st floor restroom was dirty, messy and smell for Hilton standard.
Inside the room, shampoo, soap, conditioner are empty so I need to get out with soaked to call for refill.
Swimming pool water was soapy water color.
Requested to give close or side by side rooms yet end up different floor and few rooms apart.

Parking was horrible received a ticket for parking we’re ballet staff suggested I could, Elevators were slow and cramped, Hot Tub jets were not working and pool was a bit chilly.

When I arrived to the hotel they put me in a room that wasn’t cleaned. I went back down and they assigned me another room but it wasn’t what I paid for. They put me in a room with one queen bed when I was supposed to have a king bed and sofa couch. My friend stayed with me and had to sleep on the floor.
