The hotel mistakenly overcharged us and it took us weeks to get hold of the billing team so the correction can be made.. The customer experience needs some improvement, while we understand that some issues take time to be resolved,they need to update the customer on the progress even if there is no update.. We were following up with them on daily basis and it added pressure on us because we were on a holiday and our credit card reached the limit due to the over-charging!

This is a well-located hotel about 1km north of Union Station and a little more from the Capitol. It was nice to have use of a swimming pool but it is badly maintained and all the tiles need a good clean. The room was comfortable and the shower and the Wifi both worked well. The breakfast was average but the staff were attentive - especially the young guy in the cap. Overall an ok experience but so over priced for what it was.
